VideoCardz has shared the first render of the Radeon RX 6600 XT, AMD's presumed budget entry in the RDNA 2 series. The image resembles one that AMD briefly showed at CES 2021, which we have included below. While the company did not explain what the card was, it stated that it would be arriving in 1H 2021.

Clearly, AMD's plans have slipped because it has not released a card with that design yet. Nonetheless, VideoCardz's render confirms that the card has an 8-pin power connector, even it is hard to discern. Unsurprisingly, the RX 6600 XT has more than a 75 W TDP. According to previous rumours, AMD has set the card's TDP at between 100 W and 130 W.

The RX 6600 XT is also expected to feature 8 GB of GDDR6 VRAM on a 128-bit bus, yielding a 256 GB/s bandwidth. Moreover, AMD is believed to have included 32 MB of Infinity Cache and 2,048 cores on a Navi 23 XT GPU that can reach 2.9 GHz.

AMD is thought to have a regular RX 6600 in the pipeline, too. However, it is unclear when either will arrive, nor if AMD plans to release them simultaneously.
