Sharp launched the latest addition to their half-cut cell portfolio early this month: the NU-JC410B, a monocrystalline PERC silicon photovoltaic panel (410W) with a black frame. The lightweight panel consists of a white backsheet and a black frame. It is suitable for long and short frame clamping and is designed for residential, small scale commercial and industrial roof installations. Thanks to its low weight, compact dimensions and flexible mounting, the NU-JC410B is easy and comfortable to handle, install and integrate into the system. The NU-JC410B has an efficiency of no less than 21%.In addition, the low temperature coefficient of -0.341%/°C improves performance at high ambient temperatures, which is becoming increasingly common due to climate change. The new module is built with M10 wafer (182 mm) half cells. The 10-busbar technology with round busbars increases the power of each cell and makes them less susceptible to micro-cracks, giving the module a higher degree of reliability.Like all Sharp half-cell modules, this NU-JC410B has three smaller junction boxes instead of one, each equipped with a bypass diode. These junction boxes transfer less heat to the cells above them and in turn increase panel life and overall system performance. The panel is equipped with the original MC4 connector, making it compatible with standard optimizers, inverters and mounting systems. The module has also received IEC approvals (IEC61215 and IEC61730) for safety, quality and durability. The module has also been tested for compliance with international standards and for resistance to extreme conditions, and has passed tests for ammonia, salt spray, sand and PID resistance. The new NU-JC410B meets the requirements for easy installation and system integration on residential, small-scale commercial and industrial (C&I) roofs thanks to its favorable dimensions (1722 x 1134 mm), frame height (30 mm) and weight (20.7 kg).In addition, the panel is suitable for clamping, screwing and sliding on both the short and long side of the frame. This results in easy installation, which in turn contributes to low balancing system and CapEx costs.Within the EU and several other countries, there is a 15-year product warranty and 25-year performance warranty, with a minimum of 85% in 25 years, from delivery of the panel to the end user.Andrew Lee, Sales Director EMEA SHARP Energy Solutions Europe: “We are expanding our product portfolio with these new NU-JC410B panels, offering our users a module that is easy to handle and install on residential and small scale C&I rooftop installations. to create a module that guarantees high performance and reliability.Based on a customer-oriented product concept, we always strive to improve the performance and design of PV modules in order to create more value for our customers. This black frame module therefore complies with the requirements of design-oriented customers."Sign up now for our newsletter!Jaarbeurs – the publisher of Installatieprofs.nl – uses cookies for an optimal website experience, to analyze the use of our websites, to enable the sharing of social media content and to show targeted advertisements.Via this link you will find an overview of the specific cookies and cookie providers that Jaarbeurs uses on its websites. If you would like more information about the use of cookies and the processing of your personal data by Jaarbeurs, please see our Privacy Statement.By clicking on "Yes, I accept cookies", you agree to the placement and use of said cookies and similar techniques.
