This series is equipped with inclined or straight partition mounting, and a panel surface mounting fixed frame for cable-to-cable matching. All of this is achieved through its snap-in latch/lever lock and plastic IP20/IP65 housing. Han 1A can adapt to power supply (10A to 16A @ 400V), signal (0.5A / 48V to 4A / 250V) and Ethernet data (M12 Cat 5 D-Code or Cat 6A X-Code plug-in) connection solutions Minimize BOM requirements and allow lower parts inventory costs. It also simplifies the interface panel design through a standard panel opening. Click-on color-coded clips can distinguish parts. The Han 1A Ethernet data version has significant advantages over the recognized M12 cabling solution, while allowing the use of its industry-recognized and proven inserts. Free inline or cable-to-cable mounting frame mating allows M12 Cat 5 D-Code or Cat 6A X-Code insert mating without worrying about the optical alignment of ordinary M12 housing connectors. Therefore, they provide the benefit of easier handling in narrow, hard-to-access spaces. This is especially beneficial behind thin plates in applications such as railroad car wiring. Another key advantage of this type of transportation application is that the cable-to-cable housing provides an IP20 snap-in latch or an additional anti-vibration IP65 lever lock mating solution. Finally, thanks to the lightweight plastic shell, you can get the additional benefit of reducing the weight of each pair, thereby helping to reduce the carbon footprint of the train.
