Harting has created a sample kit for its har-modular series of PCB connectors with mixed and matched contact types.

The company told Electronic Weekly that the part number is "02 09 500 0006" and "it contains samples of all available modules that design engineers can use."

We don’t know what parts are in the kit, but the available contact modules include:

For the above selection, to make the connector, you need to add a pair of connecting rails (the yellow part in the photo) and a pair of guide pins.

"As a modular principle, in terms of size and architecture, har-modular is based on DIN 41612 wall mounts that have been in use for decades," the company said. "No longer relying on a large number of rigid solutions, har-modular now provides a modular system of different modules through a convenient online configurator to transmit all important lifelines."

For the concept of size, the 9-pin signal module is 10.16 mm wide (right side of the photo)
